If you pay for a CameraSim subscription and are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription. Refund requests made after 14 days from the initial subscription date will not be eligible for a refund.
